Animal Crossing Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Here’s a Copic drawing that I actually did last year, when I was still playing the video game Animal Crossing: New Horizons every day (I still do it at least once a week.)

I drew the outline on Affinity Designer and did the coloring using Copic markers.

Happy holidays!

Christmas Card

Merry Christmas, everyone! May you all have a blessed day!

This year, I decided to make a Christmas card template. I’m going to fill it out with Copics, which appears to now be my go-to Christmas art medium, but since I don’t know when I’ll actually finish coloring it, here’s the template for now. I made it on Affinity Designer.

Merry Christmas!

My first semester of college is now over, and it’s now Christmas! This year’s Christmas picture shows the drive home for Christmas. I think it’ll go well with the song “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”.

Driving Home for Christmas

I drew the background with pastels, but I wasn’t satisfied with the saturation, so I added the other features with Photoshop using my tablet. I think it went quite well!

Painting of Cliff in Acrylic

Today, I’m going to show you one of my recent paintings of the 12 Apostles near Melbourne (click the link to read more about it.) I went to Melbourne last December, and this painting is drawn from one of my photos that I took there. I haven’t done much acrylic painting, and the ones that I have done don’t really satisfy me. However, I believe that this one is much better!

This is the final piece:

And these are the progress photos:

I think it turned out quite well!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, everyone! I know this post is a bit late, since it’s past December 25, but since Christmas is 12 days long, I hope you still have time to enjoy this post!

I’d originally drawn the below drawing with pastels on common printer paper, but it turned out so awfully that I had to redo it in Photoshop. The final product didn’t turn out that well either, so I’m posting my family’s Christmas decorations to make up for it!

And here are the decorations:

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to everyone!

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted… sorry about that. Since it’s Christmas holidays, I hope to catch up and post everything I’ve done recently!

Till then, I hope you enjoy this Christmas drawing that I did the other day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to finish it by Christmas day, but since traditionally there were 12 days of Christmas (until January 6), I hope there’s still time to enjoy it 🙂

Nativity Shepherd

I did this one with Copic markers. The shepherd and the uppermost lamb were based on this drawing: http://terimetts.simplelifeministry.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2012/12/shepherds.jpg

Also, as a Christmas family activity, I first made a coloring book type of outline so that we could all have fun coloring it together. My parents didn’t finish theirs, so I can’t upload theirs, but the outline is below, in case you want to have a go too 🙂

The True Meaning of Easter

Hello, everyone! First of all, Happy Easter! I hope you enjoy this great celebration wherever you are.

Secondly, it’s been almost two months since I last posted, and I’m extremely sorry. Looks like the International Baccalaureate program has finally taken hold of my life… sigh. Well, at least during this Easter break, I’ll be able to show you what I’ve been doing so far! And I’ve been doing a lot of things, just haven’t had the time to upload.

For today, I did a quick digital drawing on Illustrator, perhaps about the true meaning of Easter. Wish I had more time to do it, but maybe next time.

Holy Cross Stained Glass

I love the stained glass in churches, don’t you? So beautiful, and when the light shines through it, it almost seems like you’re in another world.

Happy Easter to you all

P.S. Perhaps this “the true meaning of…” will become a series 🙂

Christmas Nativity

Hello, everyone and Merry Christmas! I hope that, wherever you are, you are enjoying this wonderful time with a happy and joyful heart.

I know that I haven’t posted anything for over a month, and I’m sorry. I was sick recently (winter is the flu season!) but am better now. And because I am better, I have decided to draw none other than the exact meaning of Christmas: the scene of the birth of Jesus Christ.

Last year, I drew baby Jesus in a manger. So this year, I wanted to extend it to the whole scene, barn and all. So, without further ado, here it is!

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Jack-o-Lantern Puppet

Happy Halloween everyone! Hope you’re all having nice chills and spooks celebrating wherever you are.

I realized that I had not posted an Illustration Friday themed post in ages, so I thought I’d do so today. This week’s theme: Puppets.

Halloween

It was just a quick five-minute thing done straight from the computer, so please excuse its extremely awful proportions, stance, etc.

Happy Halloween!
